Your shoot time starts either at the time scheduled. (you, the model,)the makeup person or any one associated with the shoot steps foot in the studio space) It is important that the models understand this and are on time, it is your responsibility that they arrive on time and having a model arrive late doesn’t change the start time of the shoot.
Boyfriends / Husbands / Significant others
Are not allowed to be in the studio during shoots without prior consent/screening by the photographer. I will make exceptions, but I ask that the escort please not interfere with the shoot. And please be aware to bring someone that you are comfortable being around or whatever type of shoot you maybe doing.
You are very welcome (and encouraged) to bring an escort along if
it makes you feel more comfortable & secure. Only one escort is
permitted due to space restraints & distraction from the job at hand.
(this isn’t a party, it is a photo shoot).
we provide only the optimal edited images from your session for you
to review. If there was a particular pose or two that you remember
we’d shot and didn’t see them among the Proof Images we
presented for your review, we will make every effort to locate these
and determine if they might be candidates for further finishing.
Need to Cancel/ Reschedule Your Appointment??
48 hours for weekdays and 24 hour notice for weekend appointments. If you cancel under these time requirements, you will be charged a $10 rescheduling fee to be paid before you are able to reschedule.
Running late for your shoot? Let me know as soon as you can. Via Text or By Phone.. NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!
- If you are shooting with Angelic Beings Photography locally, payment for your photo shoot is
due at the time of your shoot. If travel is involved, payment is due in
advance to cover traveling expenses / shoot time.
NO REFUNDS – Sorry, but we do not offer any refunds. If you are
displeased with any/all of your images we can negotiate a possible
free or discounted re shoot. (determined case by case)

Tips are not require, but are appreciated.. Thanks again.
Please have your ID with you at the shoot. You WILL be asked for
it, and we do reserve the right to scan a photo copy to be added to
our files as proof of age / identification.
- I do not generally ever work with anyone under the age of 18.
However if you are under 18, and schedule a shoot, I REQUIRE your
LEGAL GUARDIAN to be present for the shoot. No Nudity (or
implied) is permitted. I will also have my own escort for personal
liability. Your legal guardian will be required to provide identification
(as will the underage model), and will be required to sign the
Minor Model Release Document.
ALL MODELS ARE REQUIRED TO SIGN A STANDARD
MODEL RELEASE CONTRACT PRIOR TO SHOOTING.
Angelic Beings Photography owns all copyright on images from all
photo shoots unless otherwise purchased by model / client.
Copyright releases for prints are included in all standard packages
so that you can make your own prints at will.
- PLEASE NOTE: ONLY COPYRIGHT STAMPED IMAGES WITH THE
BLACK BORDER ARE PERMITTED FOR USE ON THE INTERNET.
ANY VIOLATION OF THIS RULE, WILL RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION
FOR MISUSE OF COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS AND WILL RESULT
IN FINES UP TO $20,000 AN IMAGE & 3 YEARS IN JAIL. (THIS IS
JUST AS MUCH FOR YOUR IDENTIFY PROTECTION AS MINE)
NO ALTERATIONS / EDITS / CUTS / CROPS ARE PERMITTED TO
ANY OF THE ANGELIC BEINGS PHOTOGRAPHY COPYRIGHTED
WORKS WITHOUT PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT BY WILLY ADKINS.
THIS IS ALSO A VIOLATION OF COPYRIGHT LAW THAT CAN
RESULT IN FINES UP TO $20,000 AND IMAGE & 3 YEARS IN JAIL.
